The Basic Qualification is the first step to becoming an Amateur Radio Operator. For many people, that’s the only class of license required. They can only transmit on any frequencies above 30MHZ. With this course, you will have all the needed information to operate successfully with the privileges granted by ISED except the Advanced Qualification.
