1.3   Advanced Qualification

The Advance Qualification is more of a technical approach to Amateur Radio. The Advanced Amateur is allowed to install just about anything he wants or needs. They can run higher power, run remote stations, install and operate repeaters. They can also design and build their own equipment and generally has more technical privileges.
